10 Tips for Helping Your Child Fall Asleep

1. Avoid feeding your child big meals close to bedtime, and don't give her anything containing caffeine less than six hours before bedtime.
2. After dinner, avoid all stimulating activities, says Carol L. Rosen, M.D., medical director of pediatric sleep services at Case Western Reserve University's School of Medicine at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland.
3. Warn your child that bedtime is in five minutes, or give him a choice -- "Do you want to go to bed now or in five minutes?" -- but do this only once.
4. Establish a consistent and relaxing bedtime routine that lasts between 20 and 30 minutes and ends in your child's bedroom. Avoid scary stories or TV shows. It's better to read a favorite book every night than a new one because it's familiar.
5. Avoid singing or rocking your child to sleep, because if she wakes in the middle of the night she may need you to sing or rock her back to sleep -- a condition known as sleep-onset association disorder. (If you have already been doing this, try to phase this behavior out gradually.) Instead, have her get used to falling asleep with a transitional object, like a favorite blanket or stuffed animal.
6. Make sure your child is comfortable. Clothes and blankets should not restrict movement, and the bedroom temperature shouldn't be too warm or too cold.
7. If your child calls for you after you've left his room, wait a few moments before responding. This will remind him that he should be asleep, and it'll give him the chance to soothe himself and even fall back asleep while he is waiting for you.
8. If your child comes out of her room after you've put her to bed, walk her back and gently but firmly remind her that it's bedtime.
9. Give your child tools to overcome his worries. These can include a flashlight, a spray bottle filled with "monster spray," or a large stuffed animal to "protect" him.
10. Set up a reward system. Each night your child goes to bed on time and stays there all night, she gets a star. After three stars, give her a prize.

Resepi Donut Gebu


Assalamualaikum. 

Resepi Donut Gebu ni sis ambik dari FB je, cuti 4 hari x buat pape kat umah kan, so sis cuba la merajinkan diri buat donut. 
bahannya simple je : 

500g Gandum
1/2 pek Yis Mauripan
1 sudu besar Gula
2 sudu besar Susu Cair
2 susu besar Majerin
1 sudu kecil Garam
1 cawan Air Suam


Step 1
Larutkan gula dalam 1/2 cawan air suam, masukkan yis dan biarkan dalam 20 minit

Hasil selepas 20 minit
Step 2
Gaulkan majerin, tepung bagi sekata. 


Step 3
Campurkan garam, campuran yis tadi, susu cair   kedalam adunan tepung tadi dan uli sampai jadi doh. 

biarkan doh mengembang dalam 20 minit, tutupkan dengan tuala basah,
lepas 20 minit doh akan jadi 2 kali ganda dari size asalnya
Step 4
Sebelum canai dan tekapkan doh, tumbuk skit, bagi udara keluar, baru la tekapkan doh dengan acuan donut. Biarkan doh mengembang dlam 10-20 minit baru goreng dalam minyak yang betul betul panas 

Acuan sis tak tau dah kebulan atau ke bintang, dan princess pon da start drama sinetron...
so sis buat donut gaya bebas je la.

Untuk adik yang drama quuen ibu letak topping nutella, dan untuk kakak dia request topping kaya.
Senang keja ibu tak payah nak tabur gula. 
Alkisahnya ibu  terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrtuang 1 pack of yeast dalam air.. so terpaksa la buat utk 2 sukatan,
maka terhasil lah juga donut frozen stock seminggu untuk princesses breakfast & minum petang

Lets Count Your Blessing

1- Bought 2 Lenovo Handphone on 20 June 2015 and myself, entitled to a lucky draw with a Grand Prize of 50" LCD TV
Kejadian ni berlaku masa 2015, saya tengah sarat mengandung anak kedua, niat di hati nak belikan handphone sebagai hadiah harijadi buat suami, dan disebabkan handphone sendiri pon dah hidup segan mati tak mahu, belikan juga untuk diri sendiri. 2 handphone lenovo dengan harga RM900++. Jurujual minta saya masukkan resit pembelian ke kotak cabutan bertuah. Lucky draw dijadualkan 4 July 2015. Bulan puasa tapi memandangkan Direct D menyediakan juadah berbuka, maka muncul la kami pada hari kejadian seawal jam 4 petang. Lucky draw started selepas berbuka sampai la pukul 10 malam pon xde dapat ape ape. so sad ;(. So saya ajak husband balik sebab da penat duduk je ngan perot besar tu. Tup tup perut memulas, pergi toilet dulu sebelum nak balik, selesai urusan qadha hajat. Balik ke meja dah last draw. Angkat beg, standby nak  cabut sambil dengar announcemet.

2- Share and Win GB Pockit Stroller by TCE Baby Expo Mid Valley. Kejadian ni plak berlaku July 2016. Tgh scrolling FB nampak DP kat winner announcement, tp nama orang lain kat gambar tu. Baca announcement tu detail nampak ade nama FB kat announcement btol, gamba pon betul cuma nama kat gamba je salah. So saya DM TCE for clarification and turn out i am the winner, typo by TCE team, the name stated in picture was the previous winner. Alhamdulillah.. 30th July 2016 pergi collect stroller kat Midvalley Exhibition Centre.




3- Guess the Weight by Shopee Malaysia & SengHeng Malaysia.
This is the though part. To guess the total weight of the item in the scale.
Tak tau berapa exact berat barang2 ni, jadi saya kira estimate je cam kat bawah

Total       12.55kg


dan again Alhamdulillah... my guess was right.

When we woman asking for money ~ where is your salary??
When woman requesting for something ~ wasting money
When woman ask for help in daily chores ~ i do it later..
When woman skip daily chores ~ dont be lazy
When baby cries at night ~ she want milk.

Where is my salary ~ I pay house loan, i bought my own lunch
When i request something i thinked million times. I deserved it after all.
Later for you means never.
If you are tired working for the whole day. So do i. I didnt go to office to have a spa treatment.
If you think you need to rest after work, then what do you expect from us?
